What is Aruba Wine and Dine
Aruba Wine & Dine is an established hospitality group in Aruba with more than three decades of industry experience. The group operates a broad portfolio of restaurants, entertainment venues, and experience-based brands across the island, including:
In addition to its business activities,
Aruba Wine & Dine acknowledges the importance of giving back to the community that has supported its growth over the years. This sense of responsibility led to the establishment of the Aruba Wine & Dine Charity Foundation.
The foundation functions as a dedicated and structured initiative focused solely on community support. Its primary objective is to assist individuals and families in Aruba who are experiencing financial hardship, unexpected challenges, or urgent personal circumstances.
The Aruba Wine & Dine Charity Foundation provides practical assistance aimed at stabilizing essential aspects of daily life. Support may include help with groceries, household necessities, educational-related expenses, baby essentials, and other forms of urgent aid when needed.
The foundation operates with a focused and efficient structure, ensuring that contributions are directed responsibly and thoughtfully. Each request for assistance is handled with care, discretion, and respect for privacy.
Through this foundation, Aruba Wine & Dine extends its role beyond hospitality, reinforcing a long-term commitment to social responsibility and meaningful community engagement.

What we stand for
The Aruba Wine & Dine Charity Foundation was established with one clear and focused mission to provide direct, meaningful support to individuals and families in need within our community.
Rooted in compassion and responsibility, the foundation operates independently with a simple philosophy: assistance should reach the people who need it most, directly, efficiently, and without unnecessary layers in between.
Our commitment is clear:
-
No intermediaries
-
No organizations taking a percentage
-
No hidden agendas
-
No expectations in return
Every contribution made to the Aruba Wine & Dine Charity Foundation is used to provide immediate, practical support. We focus on essential needs such as:
-
Food and basic groceries
-
Household necessities
-
Baby essentials, including diapers and formula
-
School supplies, uniforms, and educational support
-
Medical assistance and urgent care
By working directly and discreetly within the community, the foundation is able to respond quickly to urgent situations while preserving the dignity and privacy of those receiving support.
Transparency, trust, and respect are at the core of everything we do.
Because true charity is not about visibility,
it is about making a real and lasting difference in someone’s life at the moment it matters most.

Real Stories, Real Impact
Every story is shared anonymously and with respect. We protect the dignity and privacy of every person we support.
A young mother with nothing to start
A teenage mother arrived at a clinic with her newborn and had no diapers, no baby formula, and no basic supplies. Through our network, she immediately received what she needed to care for her baby. Sometimes help is not about tomorrow, but about getting through today.
Back to school with dignity
Several children were unable to attend school because their families could not afford uniforms or supplies. We provided gift certificates through schools so the children could receive what they needed without feeling different or singled out. Education should never be a privilege.
Food when hunger is hidden
Many families struggle quietly. Through trusted social workers, we provide regular grocery support to households where food insecurity is a daily reality. These are families who often look “fine” from the outside, but are fighting to survive.
Emergency support for a disabled child
A child who was paralyzed needed a special hospital bed to be cared for safely at home. This was a major expense, but a necessary one. Providing that bed meant comfort, safety, and dignity for both the child and the caregivers.
Helping an elderly woman care for her son
An elderly woman, nearly 80 years old, was still working to support her adult son after he suffered a stroke. We were able to support her so she could arrange proper care and therapy for him.
A washing machine that changed everything
A hotel worker had to wash bedding by hand in a small sink. Providing a washing machine gave her dignity, saved hours of exhausting labor, and improved her quality of life immediately.
Immediate help for newborns
A local midwife keeps emergency supplies like diapers and baby formula. When a mother arrives with nothing, help is given instantly. This kind of fast, practical support is at the heart of our mission.
Food packages during the holidays
During the holiday season, more than 100 food packages were distributed to families in need. For many, this meant not having to worry about where their next meal would come from.
Helping a family living in extreme conditions
A young girl lived with her mother in a tiny room without running water. She received support to buy a school bag, supplies, a uniform, and even to wash her uniform. Small things made a huge difference.
No spotlight. Just support.
"Quiet moments that make a real difference
Helping simply because it’s needed"
